The mentor uses diction by sophisticated to older people in general and he uses syntax by focusing on a specific point but he also uses tone effectively in his message by  him having a firm voice so they can take it actually in serios instead of being a joke.

No one is entitled to their own opinion because there will always be people who would sometimes criticize you for your opinion even though in matter of fact it won't affect them in nothing. Also they are not entitled to their opinion because some of them can be rude of offense to other people.
